The feature set of this plugin is brilliant. It makes managing buy-one-get-one deals and product packages incredibly easy. However, I’m dropping one star due to customer support. We ran into a minor display glitch where the chained products were overlapping with our custom theme layout on mobile, and it took support almost 3 days to get back to us with a CSS fix. The plugin itself is top-tier, but the helpdesk speed could definitely be improved.
