The Digital Signature add-on allows you to add a digital signature field to your WPForms, enable users to sign forms electronically.

Once you’ve downloaded a plugin, you’ll need to install it on your website. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard. Navigate to the “Plugins” section and click on “Add New.” Search for the plugin by name and click “Install Now” once you find it.
After installation, click on “Activate” to activate the plugin.

How To Add Signature Fields to Your WPForms?
On the WordPress dashboard – Navigate to WPForms – New Form
Once you’re in the form builder interface, you’ll see a list of available form fields on the left side of the screen. Scroll down the “Signature” field and drag it to the desired position in your form.

- You can decide to assign a Width and Height as well as Background and Color. We have left the default color, which is black and the background is white.
- If you want users to enter their name below a signature, please check the settings “Enter Full name”.
