Feature-wise, this plugin is outstanding. Giving users the ability to snap and preview photos directly inside an Elementor Form widget adds huge value to custom web apps. However, I’m dropping one star due to customer support. We ran into a minor browser permission loop on specific older versions of Safari, and it took support nearly 3 days to get back to us with the proper troubleshooting documentation. The software itself is easily 5 stars, but the helpdesk speed needs an upgrade.
