The Digital Signature add-on allows you to add a digital signature field to your Gravity Forms, enabling users to sign forms electronically.

Plugin Installation
Step 1: Download the plugin: https://add-ons.org/plugin/gravity-forms-signature-fields/
Step 2: Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard. From the sidebar, navigate to Plugins and click on Add New. Choose the Upload Plugin option, select the plugin file you downloaded in step 1, and click Install Now. Once the installation is complete, click on the Activate button to activate the plugin.
How To Add Signature Fields to Your Forms?
Navigate to Forms – New Form
Once you’re in the form builder interface, you’ll see a list of available form fields on the right side of the screen. Scroll down the “Signature” field and drag it to the desired position in your form.
Save and Have a preview
Signature Settings
- You can decide to assign a Width and Height as well as Background and Color. We have left the default color, which is black and the background is white.
- If you want users to enter their name below a signature, please check the settings “Full name”.
- Change the Background Image
Step 1: Copy the URL address of the image (from Google or Media Library…)
Step 2: Paste the URL to the box
Step 3: Save and have a preview
