The Digital Signature add-on allows you to add a digital signature field to your contact forms, enabling users to sign forms electronically.

Installation – top
- Upload the add-to-any directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Create a Contact Form 7 Signature Action – top
New (edit) contact form -> Click the button “signature” Or use tag [signature* signature-648 full_name]
You can decide to assign a Width and Height as well as Background-signature and Color. We have left the default color, which is black and the background is white.
Signature Email – top
To receive the signatures via email, you need to add an extra field when you set up your email notification in the ‘Mail’ tab of Contact Form 7.
