The Digital Signature add-on allows you to add a digital signature field to your contact forms, enabling users to sign forms electronically.
Plugin Installation

Once you’ve downloaded a plugin, you’ll need to install it on your website. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard. Navigate to the “Plugins” section and click on “Add New.” Search for the plugin by name and click “Install Now” once you find it.
After installation, click on “Activate” to activate the plugin.

How To Add Signature Fields to Your WPForms?
On the WordPress dashboard – Navigate to Contact Forms – Create a new form
In the form editor, choose the tag “signature” Or use tag [signature* signature-648 full_name]
Save and Have a preview:
Signature Settings
- You can decide to assign a Width and Height as well as Background-signature and Color. We have left the default color, which is black and the background is white.
- If you want users to enter their name below a signature, please check the settings “Enter Full name”.
Email Notifications
To receive the signatures via email, you need to add an extra field when you set up your email notification in the ‘Mail’ tab of Contact Form 7.
