Views for Elementor Forms is a powerful addon that lets you display and manage Elementor Form submissions directly on your website’s frontend.
With this plugin, you can create custom layouts to show your form entries in a table, grid, or list, and even allow users to view, edit, or delete their submissions without accessing the WordPress dashboard.
Table of contents:
1. Add the Entries List Widget
Before you begin, make sure you have installed and activated the plugin.
- Open your page with Elementor.
- Search for the ElementorView widget.
- Drag it into your desired section.
- You’ll see the settings panel titled Edit ElementorView – Entries List.
Under the Multiple Entries section, you can control how your form entries are displayed.

2. Main features
2.1 Multiple Entries view
Select Form: Choose the Elementor Form containing the entries that we want to show.
View type allows you to display your entries using different layouts for this as a table, grid, or list.
Entries Limit Per Page: Set how many items appear per page.
Display Only Logged-in User Entries: Enable this if you want users to see only their own submissions.
Show Single Entry: Turn this on if you want users to click and open one entry in detail.
2.2 Header & Footer Components
You can add components above and below your entries to enhance usability.
| Component | Function |
|---|---|
| search | Adds a search box to filter entries. |
| count | Displays the total number of entries. |
| pagination | Adds page navigation buttons. |
| pagination_info | Shows pagination details such as “Page 1 of 3.” |
| html | Insert custom HTML or messages. |
Click “+ Add Item” to include a new component in the header or footer.

2.3 Fields section
This section lets you define which form fields will be displayed in your entries list or single entry view.
Each field has:
• Title: The label that appears on the frontend (e.g., “Full Name”, “Email”).
• Field: The actual field ID or shortcode from your Elementor Form you want to show. Use the field ID directly or shortcode format: → name → [field id=”name”]
Make sure the field ID matches the Form Field ID used in your Elementor Form widget.
Click “+ Add Item” to display multiple form fields.

2.4 Single Entry Settings
When Show Single Entry is enabled, users can view the full details of one submission.
Here you can set additional options:
- Mark Entry as Read when Viewed: automatically mark the entry as “read” when opened.
- Enable Edit Entry: allow users to edit their own submissions from the frontend.
- Enable Delete Entry: allow users to delete their submission from the frontend.
- Field: lets you define which form fields will be displayed in your single entry view. Each field has:
– Title: The label that appears on the frontend
– Field: The actual field ID or shortcode from your Elementor Form you want to show.
